翟斌涛，男，汉族，1990年4月，甘肃省庆阳人，博士学位，就职于中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所兽药创新与耐药性创新团队，助理研究员，民盟盟员，中国民主同盟甘肃省第十五届委员会社会服务工作委员会委员。主要从事家畜抗寄生虫药物研发工作。先后主持国家自然基金青年基金1项、甘肃省自然科学基金1项、陇原青年创新创业人才项目1项、兰州市青年科技人才创新项目1项、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目3项，参加十四五国家重点研发计划项目、甘肃省科技重大专项、国家自然基金项目等各类国家及省、部级项5项。参与研制成功国家二类新兽药2个、三类兽药新制剂2个；获得国家发明专利6项；发表论文20篇，其中第一作者发表SCI 7篇；
